Pfizer and Wyeth are now one company

From now on, the Wyeth Factor Resource Program and the Wyeth Insurance Coverage Program (ICP) will become RSVP. Pfizer is fully committed to supporting the hemophilia community and providing helpful services to patients, caregivers, and physicians.

The RSVP program

RSVP—the Reimbursement Solutions, Verification, and Payment HELPline—is a reimbursement support services and patient assistance program designed to help patients gain access to the Pfizer medicines they need. The program assists patients with reimbursement support services, appeals process information, and—in some cases—finding alternate funding assistance, while helping patients understand their coverage options. As part of Pfizer's Helpful Answers® family of assistance programs, RSVP is staffed by knowledgeable representatives who are available to help patients.

For patients with insurance, RSVP can provide the following benefits:

  • Reimbursement of support services
  • Research and verify benefits
  • Explain coverage options and policies
  • Investigate and explain prior authorization process
  • Appeals process information
  • Assistance with finding another funding source if necessary

For patients who are uninsured, RSVP also offers assistance. Eligible patients may be able to get their Pfizer medicines for free. An RSVP representative will help determine a patient's eligibility. To be eligible, patients must:

  • Have no prescription coverage
  • Meet specific income guidelines, adjusted for family size
  • Live in the United States, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Island
  • Be treated by a US-licensed physician*

RSVP can change initial supply of the medicine to be sent to the patient's home or physician's office.

How to apply

RSVP HELPline representatives are happy to assist patients. You can speak with an RSVP representative in English or Spanish by calling 1-888-327-RSVP(7787), Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM ET. In addition to serving US residents, RSVP is now available to residents of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
